So I will advise for both.If you are having stomach troubles, be sure to stay hydrated. Any tea with Ginger in it will be good for you. Even eating ginger will help to calm and soothe your stomach. Fennel, and Chamomile will be good for this as well.Chamomile in general will help to relax you and is good to drink if you are having trouble sleeping.If you are having congestion/respiratory issues, Peppermint is your friend. It will help to clear your sinuses and aid in easier breathing.Green tea with honey and lemon will be very good for you as well. Also try looking at your local store for a tea blend called ‘Gypsy Cold Care’, it is wonderful. Sweeten it with honey, no cream.If you are having troubles with a sore/scratchy throat: put in a shotglass one part lemon juice (real lemon), one part honey, and half tsp of thyme. Mix them together and heat in the microwave for a few seconds until it is warm (not scalding), then drink it down all at once. It will help your sore throat, and also helps in healing laryngitis/voice loss.I hope you start to feel better soon! :)  ))

I am not sure if you are having a stomach flu, or a respiratory/sinus/cold sort of flu. So I will advise for both.
